•High Pressure Cleaning
Effective cleaning of masonry on building and parking garage exteriors
is very important. It enhances the overall appearance and removes
sources of potentially damaging elements. Cleaning methods include
High pressure and Hot water cleaning, chemicals and soda blasting.
•Structural Sealing
Is
the application of a clear breathable water repellent to concrete,
brick masonry or natural stone, reducing the effects of rust, corrosion,
scaling and staining.
•Commercial high-rise
window
cleaning and restoration
Quarterly,
semi-annual or annual cleaning and restoration to keep your building
looking great. Window restoration is more in-depth and involves chemicals,
compounds and buffing to get out contaminants that cannot be removed
with traditional cleaning methods.
•Caulking
Above-grade waterproofing with
caulking is your structures first line of defense against the elements.
Depending on the protection needed, different caulking products and
selected to best fit your substrate.
•Wet Glazing
Over the years, the rubber gaskets
on the windows of your building become brittle & begin to shrink
and fall out. By using the wet glazing method of caulking, our professionals
install a sealant in those areas to protect your structure from the
elements..
•Expansion
Joints
Expansion joints accommodate expansion and contraction.
We are certified to replace old worn out expansion and control joints
or install new ones.
•Firestopping
Restores
the fire rating of fire-rated assemblies (walls, floors, ceilings,
dynamic joints, static joints and partitions) By sealing small or
large openings made by penetrants such as pipes, conduits, cable,
insulated pipes, HVAC ducts and electrical wires.
•Deck Coatings
We
use elastometric and typically multi-coat systems with enough elasticity
to bridge cracks up to 1/16 of an inch to protect your balconies,
parking garage, mechanical rooms and plazas from freeze-thaw damage,
reinforcing steel and areas below from water damage. Multiple systems
available are including vehicular and pedestrian systems.
•Roof Coatings
We
are certified Topcoat™ applicators. Whether your roof is a built
up SBS or APP-modified bitumen, EPDM, or metal we can restore it by
using a restoration system such as Topcoat™
to eliminate your leaks at less than half the cost of replacing your
roof.
•Tuck Pointing
Repointing
is the process of replacing deteriorated mortar between brick and
other masonry units. once the old mortar is removed mechanically or
by hand, fresh mortar is tooled into the joint cavity.
•Shrink Wrap Building Protection

Disaster
Recovery
The primary objective of the disaster recovery team is to provide
a rapid emergency response to an event; restore ands make accessible
to your customers critical and vital facilities environments as soon
as is feasible after declaration of a disaster. We will accomplish
this by concentrating on three critical areas.
Emergency
Response Initiate emergency response plans with a focus on
life/safety concerns, thereby reducing or eliminating loss of life
or injuries and limiting the damages caused by the event.
Stabilization
Liaison with emergency services and our vendors to stabilize the situation
and contain the damage assessments to provide information and recommendations
for recovery. Initiate stabilization teams to limit damage and begin
salvage operations.
Recovery
Mange recovery and salvage operations determining the best course
of action regarding weather to refurbish, refit, or rebuild facilities
functions. Assist and make recommendations in regards to warm /cold
site operations and their facilities functions.
Water
Damage: Black, Gray and Clean
Water
Damage is classified into 3 categories
•Clean
- results from an internal leak or burst pipe.
•Gray
- an internal leak containing some contaminants, such as
detergents or chemicals.
•Black
- Almost any water from an outside source, river, seawater
or sewage.
Water Damage Protocol
Turn off power immediately
Relocate power equipment to dry area.
Extract water to remove the source.
Prep contents before starting the drying process.
Set up containment barriers to help separate the wet area from the
dry area.
This will help speed up the drying process.
Apply EPA registered biocide on affected areas.
Monitor the drying process daily or as often as needed and provide
report form of the ongoing drying process.
Final Clean structured(s) and contents in affected areas.
Documents
and Records
Do
not separate or open wet documents
Package reinforced boxes.
Relocate to humidify controlled environment.
Refrigerate to freeze to prevent molds and mildew growth.
Contact professional vendor.
Electronic
Media
Avoid operating if contaminated to prevent head or disk crash and
loss of data on disk.
Clean dirty tapes with alcohol based solvents. Dry out if wet.
Wipe off surface contamination before drive system use.
Identify specialized cleaning and data recovery service to recover
damaged magnetic media.
Catastrophe Action Teams (CAT) These teams will be
assembled from our vendor call list and members will vary depending
on the type of event. The teams will be integral members of the recovery
effort. Administrative services is responsible for assembling the
appropriate CAT based on the situation and our needs.
